Refund policy

Please be advised that all sales are final. 

We accept returns for refund or exchange for wrong items shipped and damaged items in transit. To be eligible for a refund or an exchange, please follow the below instructions:

  • Contact us at hello@bangbangonly.com within 7 days of receiving your package to request a return. Please include your order number along with photos of the wrong or damaged items. 
  • If your return request is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note your return item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging.  
  • Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you and ship out the replacement item. If the replacement item is not available, you can either exchange it with another item of equal value or we can refund the purchasing amount for the returned item back to your original payment method. Original shipping charges can not be refunded. Please keep in mind it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. 

Returned items, such as unclaimed packages returned to BANG BANG CLUB due to the absence of an addressee/wrong or insufficient address, will not be refunded. Please double-check your zip codes and shipping addresses before checkout.
