1. After shampoo, apply Step 1 mask to a towel dried, damp hair starting at the bottom.
2. Remove Step 2 cap from package and put it on, covering all of the hair. Use the provided sticker to keep cap in place.
3. Gently massage your head so the oil will be evenly applied to your hair.
4. Remove after 5-15 minutes.
5. Rinse with warm water. For single use only.
