1. Put on the included plastic booties on each foot.
2. Pour and distribute the peeling liquid in each booty equally and tie the top of each booties so there are no gaps.
3. Leave the bootie on for approximately 1-1.5 hours. Try to avoid walking around during this time.
4. Remove the plastic booties (preferably inside the shower or tub to avoid any potential spillage) and discard. Thoroughly rinse your feet with cool water.
5. In about 4-6 days, the soles of your feet (calluses) will begin to peel away. You do not have to forcefully peel the skin, just let it roll off naturally. Then apply the included Foot Cream all around you feet.
